Kenya Moore’s landlady, Conya Dillon Weems, called police after camera crews showed up to film Moore moving out of the Atlanta mansion. The reality star claims the move was voluntary.

For the past few weeks, Kenya has been locked in a crazy legal battle with her former landlady, who claimed the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star came up short on rent for two months.

Needless to say, Kenya says the landlady is lying and that she paid her rent in full.

Either way, both ladies are claiming victory as the former beauty queen is finally packing her bags and vacating the premises.

According to Kenya’s Twitter account, she won the legal battle but according to the notice left by the sheriff’s department, it’s Weems who really came out on top.

“The sheriff’s department posted the notice on Kenya’s home last Thursday, but she still doesn’t know that she has been evicted because she hasn’t been home yet,” one source told Radar Online last week.
