‘In the case of governance, a clear distinction should always be drawn between the governance concerning the RES processes and the governance concerning the different forms of energy. We are now examining that first form of governance and do this by fully participating in the RES processes in the province of North Brabant, in the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region (Dutch acronym MRE) in particular.
