Prophet Yusuf or Joseph (PBUH) is one of the great prophets of Allah (SWT).

He was raised near the region of Iraq and then moved to Egypt after a series of events. 

Prophet Yusuf (PBUH) is the son of prophet Yaqub (Jacob) who had many children other than Yusuf. His other children hated Yusuf (PBUH) thinking that he was more beloved to their father.
